  1. Hi guys, I'm bluemotions other half (and mechanic!) and while I haven't been on this forum or owned a vr for a long time. I've been in the vw scene for about 16 years. Over the last few years I've seen it get over populated by dumb kids who think dangerous mods to their car is fine because it looks 'dope', or elitist cliques who won't give you the time of day if you've spent less than 15k on your motor. I was a little apprehensive about coming along as I didn't really know anyone who was going. I can't tell you how pleasing it was to go to a meet where you can walk up to anyone and start up
  2. I've now added the running order to the first post. If you are on the list and are unable to make it, please let me know asap. Cheers Dave
  3. Just emailed the list to TSR. They're going to sort out a running order and get back to me. Once they do, I'll post up on here and PM you all so you know when roughly you have to turn up. Cheers Dave
  4. No worries, I think there are a lot of people coming down just to watch, should be a busy day!
  5. After a couple of years off, GMVW will be hosting another rolling road day at TSR Performance Bridgwater in Somerset. Click here for map. The date is confirmed for April 2nd. For pictures of the last one, click here The prices, as always, depend on the amount of cars attending: Under 30 cars will be £25 per run Over 30 Cars will be £20 per run 4wd cars will be £5 extra I will be requiring a £5 deposit to confirm your place. This will be refunded on the day when you pay for your run. Anyone who pays a deposit and doesn't turn up on the day (without good excuse), will have their deposit dona
  6. Thanks Gary, I spent so long editing the footage, I was almost hypnotized by all the wheels spinning!!! :S
  7. Was a good meet! Good to put faces to cars too. My pics...
  8. Bit more fiddling today... Bled all the brakes and the clutch so we can now get it in gear! Also done the power steering fluid so the steering wheel works too. And finally got the adapter section for the exhaust so it sounds a little nicer now! And finally, after hours of working, Jerry moved!!!!!!! http://s28.photobucket.com/albums/c242/G60dave/?action=view&current=24112007074.flv Moderator edit by: vdubgirl
  9. Hi this is Dave, Claires fiance, Claire can't login under her "vdubgirl" logon, when she does, all that she gets is a blank screen and then anyone else trying to logon gets the same till the temp files are cleared. This has happened on multiple PCs, has her account been tampered with??? Cheers Dave
