The lower cam chain on my VR6 has gone. I got the engine out but wonder if it has caused any other damage to the engine, internally? What would be the things to look for? In other words what do i need if the lower cam chain has snapped. It is a '97 2.8 highline with AAA engine.

My Highline isn't standard though, it has a KN induction kit and from manifold to backbox has a full Venom exhaust. In a couple of weeks it will be remapped. I've looked on search engines but want the best available for the money. Need an idea of what i'm actually looking for.

Hi, I want to put a new clutch in my '98 VR6 Golf. Does anybody know which would be the best to put in there? I dont want to be spending thousands though.
