    thats handy!!!!!! (6) i have found a set of smoothed ones on ebay (guy on edition) from a later vr6 and he says they clip straight on......... only problem is i would need to smooth the tops of my bumpers to make it look right,.............no?!? *-) much you want for them???? 8-|

    i got jamex ones fitted, all set at same hight! 3 days later the nsr one started to rub on arch and the osf the same............... left it for weeks then booked it into the garage to have them set up and the geometry set up to! now all looks level and drives straight and true!

    sorted i can get a full set of CL trims from vw for £180 according to a guy on edition38! thanks again!

    cheers dude, have you got a photo of your car, full side on please or can i see a build thread on here? is that the only bit i need or is there a bit at the back required? do you know if these parts are avalible from vw or where can i buy? many thanks for your help!

    sorry dude i'm not getting it!!!!!! if i remove the arch trims do i need to replace the door trims to suit? have you seen this or have any photos i could see it done? thanks for your time! (h)

    i want to remove the arch trims on my vr................ if i remove them will i need new door trims that go out a wee bit futher at the back and is there a wee bit that would fit at the front???? i have had a wee look and can't see what i'm meaning on other vr's.............. the ones with no arch trims have different shaped colour coded door trims and are later models than mine. if anyone can help and tell me what and where to buy the bits that would be super!

    they are awesome.....................fact! expensive to buy, expensive to run, expensive to modify...............best fun to be had tho! not too keen on gaywindows or T25's......................... splits are the ones to go for if its a classic your after or a pimped T4 if thats your thang!!!!!

    could be abs sensors too! handbrake switch is under/side of handbrake.............. remove rear ashtray to access 2 screws to remove plastic handbrake cover!

    got it plugged in to a sonus (sp?) machine today.......... both front abs sensors are out,................................ sorted!

    30amp fuse number 14 fixed the problem......................... mirrors, windows and heated seats now all working!!!!!(h)

    dude its the rubber things creaking against the metal...................... go in your boot and remove the rubber covers at the top of the coilover (just under the parcel shelf)..................... spray the silicone in there then bounce the rear up and down holding the bumper/boot area! repeat as ness! mine only creaks for about the first 30 seconds of driving then it goes away! good luck! lol (h)

    same as mine i GUESS, silicone spray the rubber mount things and it stops!

    more window troubles!!!!! lol both front windows have stopped working although when you open either door the drivers window only works!!!!! have checked wires in rubber boot thing at door hinge can't see what fuse it is under the dash????? no idea if it has a relay thing oh the sunroof works perfectly! any pointers guys????? 8-)
