I need a shop to get : All needed to rebuild the head ( valves,stems,springs,seals,gaskets,seats etc) as well as set of pistons rings.... I just need to get all the items at once from 1 shop .. That is all. Is there such a shop somewhere in UK ???

Thank u so much ! I think that those companies have only the most common replacing / servicing parts ... For eg i am looking for replacing with larger diam in/out valves, valve seats, stems, etc ... So, far i have only seen USA websites offering all that in detail ! ... Of course UK is much more convinient for me ... Your Greek friend can arrange a delivery of piston ring set, with the first group of tourists heading to Greece !!! lol ... Thank again !!!!!

As i am about to get : bigger valves, seats, springs, maybe camshafts, chain tensioner set, piston rings, and some additional parts . . . i need to know ( advise me ) of a reliable and reasonable (in pricing) shop, to ask for all the above parts ... Note that i live in Greece, and goods must be send to me ! Thank to you all !...

I have installed ( a 4 wire ) 16pin OBD plug, but my VAGCOM doesn;t work everytime !!! Apart from that, i don;t know where to find (in VAGCOM) the TPS adjastment or anything related to that ...

Anyone knows how to adjust / measure a Throtle position sensor of a 2,8 OBD1 ? Can this be related to a "fly by wire" feeling ???

I finaly managed to install the water injection and trigger at approximately 0.4-0.5 bars. 1) When it goes on, despite i release the pedal, as the intake "keeps" some pressure, the pumps do not stop imediately but only after few seconds. Is that normal ? 2) I just saw that i still have the blow off valve ( from stage II in place ) . What do u think ? Remove - Replace - Keep it there ???? PS. next week i m receiving my new chip from C2 Mororsports. I just hope it wasn't a waste of money ..... hahahahaha

I have exactly the same problem on the drivers side window. But not only that ! Sometimes refuses to go up or down ! It waorks again ONLY if i switch off the engine (turn off the key) and switch again ! That happens randomly and till now i haven't find the reason .....

Does anyone know what is the price ( in England ) for an idle motor ( 2.8 12V AAA ).??? Second question : Which are the recommended spark plugs to fit at 12psi S/C 2.8 ?

I am not sure if anyone can help , but this is my problem : Sometimes, i can see the RPM needle not moving smoothly upwards and bacwards, but no matter if you increase rpm, the needle stays eg 2000 and after some seconds it jumbs to the normal eg 3000. At that time, when you release the pedal, the engine's rpm goes down, but not the needle ! ... The next day, everything works fine ! I think that something effects the movement of the needle and for sure is not the instument's plate... Sorry for my English Chris

Sorry , but i don't ... I was mad that time of getting the problem sorted ! In anycase if you split the S/C into 2 pcs, you will find out that there is a sealing element around the drive shaft ( from the gear compartment to the rotor ) This sealing item is seated deep into the one half. When i had the problem, i could see oil droping under the S/C as well as oil coming in the intake ! ( Sorry for my English ) ..... : (

I am running now a smaller pulley , so i can "read***" 12psi of boost. 1) What is the proper FPR setup ? 3 or 4 bars ? 2) Can anyone advise me of a supplier that can send me a new chip ? ( All the rest (except the pulley) remain the same as it is in Stage II ) PS. I am going to install a water injection the next days ..... (*** i say "read" as for the time beiing i can only see a lot of smoke (not burned fuel) and feel more or less the same power as with the 8psi pulley ....

If this is what you have into your V9F, then you can easily replace by a "normal" one. Unfortunately i do not have any picture now, but you can easily get one as the size is common.As far as i can remember the width is 9mm and the colour is blueish as the rubber part is Viton.

By the way , can anyone tell me if the FPR of 3 bar is enough to run at 12psi ? .... The injectors are the ones used in stage II.

I had the same leaking problem on my V9F as soon as i first installed my V9F two years ago. Only when i tear apart the S/C , i found out how stupid the sealing was ! I replace that stupid sealing elements with a rubber high speed seal and now everything is perfect !!! If u need to know more, just let me know

Of course i am interested since that pump is able to operate Continiously ... ( i mean as lond as the engine is running ). If so, pls let me know the amount i have to send u etc etc .... Thank you very much ...

Does anyone knows where to get a water circulator pump ... I need to install a charge cooler. I think that this water pump, should be able to operate continiously .... am i right ? Pls let me have available info

Are u using the intercooler sequence ? What chip are u using ? Is it stupid to ask for the same chip , u are using ??? ( in my country , i do NOT trust the programmers for that ... )

I hope to reach 270 @ cranck after all .. I only have a tail box and not any CAT still. The max torque now ( @ 7.4 Psi ) is 250.00 Lb.ft ...

I am planning to use the smaller 2,25" pulley on my V9F s/c. That is supposed to offer about 11.0 Psi of boost to the intake manifold. Additionaly as idecided to make a custom water cooler to wrap the intake hose ( by using an aluminium nice box + Bosch water circulator + big oil cooler + temp gauge + temp operating valve + coolant liquid ) After that, i guess i have to remap my chip as the mixture will be more lean. The question is : What size of exhaust manifod should i use ? My 63mm is enough, or i have to replace it with a 70mm one ????? I love to get your comments ...

Blue curve is the torque one while the red one is the power output ( 190.12 HP @ wheels ) Max boost 7.4 Psi. ......
