  11. Hi, I have read the whole forum post and my recomandation would be: Tks Bobtrude , pls note the following : 1. Check if you have the right oil dipstick with your local vw dealer. (this is important for many reasons other than the oil return) the oil dip stick, is ok. I have measured also the oil quantity into my oil pan 2. Change the charger gasket. (the one that the clamp clamps) That looks interesting idea ... where can i get a gasket ???? 3. Unscrew the charger feed and return lines and when you screw them on again, use some kind of threadlock (i have that on my turbo) this kee

  14. All goods were ordered to VR6 specialist (NL). i live in Greece and this model is very rare in my country ...... Now i will try with the S/C check valve.Nothing else left ...
  15. That is what i am about to replace with a new one.I have ordered this with a full stage II components ( that is about Euro 1000 ) and i haven't get a reply yet !!! very poor service ...
  16. take out all the oil of your engine. it should be 5,5 liter maximum. If its more then thats the reason of your problem. wrong model oil dip stick ( VR6 has 2 models) Also there is a minor chance it has to do with the oil check valve(oil feed line). thats the tiny gold coloured thing which in the blue anodized aluminiumblock on top of your SC(oil feed) Its hard to check. you have to block off the nipple at the outlet of the supercharger. completely remove the black hose from the outlet side of the SC. so no oil can go into the supercharger/boostpipe. go take a drive and look for oil coming out
  17. i am about to order the Stage II , to the VR6 Specialists in Netherlands, but i need to solve the oil leaking first, and unfortunately they don't help enough ... i saw an installation diagram send to you some time ago.I am sure now that everything is in order, but the oil still comes out .....

  19. i have good stoping power, but not enough bhp ....
  20. i will relocate it .tks. But the problem of the oil leaking S/C , still remains. To tell you the truth, the only think that i haven't place till now, is the small non return valve which is supposed to be placed on the EGR line. .... i also do not think that this will solve my problem as well. Do u have a stage II installed ? Does it worth the cost ?
  21. Dear Matt , i am sorry to tell u , that the images cannot be "pasted" .... i think it's not that easy ...
  22. Thank u very very much for your help .... Now i have to wait for some comments .....
  23. I am not sure if those (if any !! ) pictures will give you any help, but i have checked the : - Oil level is correct. ( not by checking only the dip stick ) - The crankcase ventilation in no longer connected to the inlet . On the ventilation hose there is only the non return valve connected (with somekind of sensor) and at the end the oil catch tank. - When rev at max 3000 rpm, there is not any leak. After that limit and up to 5500 - 6000 rpm, i still see oil leak , under the body of the S/C ( right below the center clamp) as well as coming out of the filter box. - Sorry for my English, i come
