  1. i personally think you cannot notice the difference unless you got a turbo car where it makes a bigger difference. ususally i think its all psychological. on the M3 forum (m3 cutters) most of them use tesco supreme as they believe it was the most effective hen they carried out some test. my borther told me this as he's a member on there and he also uses tesco supreme.
  2. normal fuel for me. however i do fill up with high octane once in about 10 fills.

the gears. so if you move the gear to P, it drives and it says 'D' in the electronic display when infact its in P. But the problem seems to have rectified by itself over the past few days. il see how it goes. thanks for the replys.

  6. Yes on paper the OBD2 2.8 is still classified as 174bhp but its proven by many RR that they produce more than as standard.
  7. yeh iv spent loads on dvla fees to. scammers!! she meant an excuse to get a turbo conversion on to her motor if she can't sell the plate. i think she was joking..well i hope so as turbos are for men only!!! lol.
  8. the cheapest plate you could probably get from dvla would be around £50 but even then you would end up spending over £100 by the time its on your car. give them a call just to confirm though.
  9. somebody else might know. what plate you planning on running the car on then if you are able to sell it? assuming you are able to sell it then there is no standard replacement. you would have to purchase a personalised plate and put it on which in the end would still cost a fair considering you would have to pay the fees and plus get the plates made.
  10. oh is it.. you can't sell an original plate can you?
  11. i think once you go to dvla and get your plate taken off or transferred, they you'l get a new certificate with you original number plate on there which you take to your local number plate supplier to gets them made for you. It costs £105 just to take the plate off or £80 to transfer it. I think thats the process anyway. can't really remember as its been so long since i did it.
  12. 15 quid a small change if ur scaming say £1000 it would reduce the number of scammers though.
  13. its not to bad compared to other cars. mk5 r32 going to be in the £400 area.
  14. what the difference between them and the OEM ones other than looks and material used? do they make the car run better in any way?
