I recently have had my VR serviced and they changed the suspention brushes and now when I try to go above 90 (I know it's not legal but hey ho) it starts vibrating quite heavily. I don't know if the brushes would make this happen but any suggestions welcomed!

I'm sure you have thought about it or maybe even are already on the case but adding advertising to the site would certainly assist in paying your overheads. I have a extensive list of planner buyers at all the big media agencies and would happily pass this information over to you and lend a hand with pitches when needed (for free of course). Last Sat the my drivers side rear door window refused to close (most annoying as it started to piss down!) so I took the panel off and the mechanism moves up and down fine but it doesn't attach to the window. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The local garage wants £65+ parts but I am sure it is a 5 minute job. Oh it's a 97 highline. On another note: The clock in the dash has stopped working and the alarm is sometimes locking the doors and other times not.. Is this likely to be a battery issue or (and I suspect it is as the warranty has now ended) a more serious issue? Any advice is greatly

Fifth Gear has really annoying presenters and as much soul as a ginger kid. Top Gear on the other hand is brilliant in my opinion and I'm a big fan of Clarkson.

Can anyone recomend a decent but cheap mechanic in the london area? I need my clutch sorting but the best price I have had so far is £650, I am sure there is a place out there cheaper than that!

Thought I'd re open this as I'm looking at a few different mods to make, so is there likely to be a power gain or is it a waste of money? I have an R reg 97 model, not sure what engine type. I basically just want a few power gain ideas that aren't going to bankrupt me.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so what was wrong.. 2 days ago I was pulling out of a car park and all of a sudden the brake pedal started juddering and when applyed it felt a bit like there was a stone caught in the caliper. This resulted in the ABS light coming on and since then it has been on off and the problem keeps reoccuring. The actual break warning light never comes on so I am guessing that this isn't a problem with the pads? Any suggestions?

Well to give you an idea I just paid 2380 for a black 97 Highline with 116k miles, full service history and in mint condition. It came with 12 months MOT and 6 months warrenty.
