Yes Warren, how is it going, I see you have the car done, and it looks awesome, i have not been on here for a while but met a guy today at work who came in to buy some parts and he was telling me he wants to get a full respray. I told him if he logs on today he should see some pictures of your car as he is a member. Hopefully my one will be done by next weekend and then i can start scouting the forum again for some other bits and bobs that i require. I have not been on here in a while due to you know, that cowboy from battersea and his dodgy body work but the car is nearly sorted, fingers cros

Right I am going to try and keep this as brief as possible and hopefully avoid any of you Londoners getting ripped off the way I did. In March 2010 I was working for GSF Brixton and delivered to a garage in the Battersea area and met a so called body repairer there called Carl he did not work at this garage but was just visiting. I explained to him the damage that I had on my car being 1. A dent on my drivers side door 2. A dent on my drivers side Wing 3. A scratch on the front bumper 4. I wanted my side strips colour coded (extra) And lastly I had some work done on my car by Arch Enemy which

I have called all the companies today listed on here to see if they could beat my renewal fee from adrian flux, once i said to most of them it was a cabriolet with a VR6 conversion the conversation ended lol, so i will be sticking with adrian flux who have also given me a classic/limited mileage policy on my car with the conversion and a few mods for under £475 living in southeast london with the car garaged. oh i forgot to mention i am 30 something.

enjoyed Gti international, spent most of my day in the sound off area sorting out an install i done on a mates GTi. I think i will be goiong to this one also, if only my car was not in such poor condition i would have asked for a stand position, maybe next year once i get all the body work done. I will also try and look for some of you to get some stickers if posssible.

Thanks everyone, I did fill out the forms and took loads of pictures and they sent the form back to me with no explaination, just a covering letter saying please could I refill in the form, so I will try again. £9500 that is a good valuation, I only wish, I would be happy with £2000 like i put down on the form but somehow I think this is the reason why they returned it. thanks for the info i will try again.

Does anyone know where i can get this done, I am not really bothered about an agreed value on my car to be honest, but after owning an E30 M3 for 6 years and losing all my no claims bonus that i generated, i have been offered a classic policy on my VR6 cabrio, with one condition, I GET AN AGREED VALUATION DONE, who or where is the best place for something like this? Thanks in adnvance.

thats were my mates normally take me, but last couple of times its been on the other side, i normally park in the Sainsburys. Something to do when the weather is nice, and there is nothing happening, plus we meet up with our ICE man who has always got some form of demo car for us to hear the latest subs. The last car i could not even sit inside, felt like it was rattling my brain. -

Cabrioman: not charged yet but hopefully soon will be once my mechanic can fit me in, reckons it will be a straight forward job i will wait and see VW Mike: The charger they are looking to use is goinbg to be i think either a bahn brenner or lysholm (hope i have spelt them right), apparantly they are meant to be really good, i dont have a clue. they have nearly finished a kit for the VR Engines, my car is going to be the tester, so it might be a bang oh now wot for me also or maybe i will be promoting the kit. As for the retrim, the guy doing my one i designed and maintain, update and look aft -

I Have been browsing the forum quickly when I get the chance as i have been madly busy at work which has now gone quiet in the last three weeks so i decided to take same time out and do some work on my motor, so far i have fitted in the last year: Before Crash: new suspension 35mm Drop Carbonio System Full ICE system Then pow and wallop lol, since the repairs i have fitted, New rims had my arches done by Archenemy tried out a bit of diy spray work on my engine cover fitted my hose kit fitted INXX bonnet lifters repaired my dodgy head light bulbs fitted a second hand black leather interior oh a -
Thanks guys will try out couple of these methods in the week as i am back to my 60 hour week in the morning. I am very interested though in the expansion tank thing as i fixed a strut brace yesterday before this problem occured, i will look out for the earths.

BUMP lol Right today i have checked all fuses, and done two different methods of starting the car by putting wires on the starter motor and nothing again, it has to be either 1). Immobiliser 2). Ignition Switch 3). maybe my loom has burnt out

Ok my luck with this car is starting to suck big time. within 6 months, new Hoses, Strut Brace, Rims, some dodgy arch rolling done by professionals, and some of my dodgy spray work, and a crash repair, i find a black leather interior on the cheap for a cabrio. I get in the car and go to start it and nothing, so i think its dead, i then get this missus cabrio to get a jump start and after 20 mins, still nothing, i then nick her battery, put my battery into her car which starts her car first time without any jump leads, but her battery is doing nothing in my car whatsoever. When i turn the igni
