    Thanks Cabrio. Well i have one thing right then i have 280mm disc. bt last time i tried a spacer i ended up with the result below which i was told was illegal. I was just assuming that because the rim was ET35 i would not need a spacer and it would be a straight fit. But i dont mind spacers at all as long as they dont look like this LOL

    I bought some second hand Keskin KT1s in good condition rears are 5 x 100, ET 15, 16 x 9 and fit perfectly with loads of arch rubbing LOL. but i will be getting the arches done by archenemy on the 22nd of February. Now my problem with the fronts, they say they are 5 x 100, ET 35, 16 x 7.5, and guess what they wont fit and dont clear the caliper. I am sure this is the right offset, but judging by the back of the wheel its a bit flush to be 35. can anyone help, i have been told i have the wrong brake discs, calipers etc, i have swapped and changed and even bought the same discs twice and still

    BAD NEWS I have not been on here for a while as I have been a bit disheartened as i did not know the situation with my car in regards to whether or not it was going to be a write off or the third party insurers would agree to repair it. By the way Merry Xmas to all and a happy new year in 2009. A BIG APOLOGY to all those who I was making contact with to take parts and other bits. I had to pull out as i did not know where i stood.     I think they look nice, except for the rear tyres, this was the same look i was going for on my car, and ended up selling my rims to fund the crash repairs to my car. I wanted to be different and have something new, but my mate now has them on his GTi and everyone looks at the car when he is driving, do you not get any rubbing issues, my mates ones are 17 by 8.5 front and 17 x 8.5 rear. here is a picture.     I think one of the r32s belongs to syncro, he is on the list said he would probably turn up around 1ish, how was the day, i finally dropped my car off to get the crash repairs done.

    UPDATE the garage is opening at 10am so feel free to turn up either on time or slightly after, any problems when you turn up ask for wilson, i should be arriving hopefully midday after i drop my car off to the body repair shop.

    no problem its starting at 9 until everyone has run, the amount of cars should take it up to 3 so far so 1ish will be fine.
