    I do a full service for VR owners using Genuine parts for £130, invoiced and book stamped, only in iver, about 10mins from you And re set the light!

    I think you will need a deactivation kit from Vdub, Comes with a little resistor that makes the airbag control unit think that the airbag is still there

    Around £100 for a clutch depending on what you want And i charge £140 to fit a clutch so not too bad, is yours standard? Was running a Standard VW Clutch with my rotrex and no problems

    Sounds like the pressure plate is starting to fail, I left mine for so long that it got so heavy and broke the welds on the clutch pedal. Very bad idea A new clutch is well worth the ££

    What sort of alarm is it? also ignition switchs can be a problem, trying wiggling the key or banging the colunm trims whilst trying to start the car

    Yes there is a chance that you could damage the bearing

    Some people cant seem to check the top mounts properly, there will be some up-down movement with no weight on the suspesion on a mk3, the best way to check them is jack the car up and try and move the spring towards and away from you whilst watching the top mount from inside the arch and see how much sideways movement there is

    That is a full inspection service, all fault codes checked, Reset service light, Oil + Filter and all other filters changed Will do just an Oil + Filter with inspection and light reset with fault codes for £50 Again all Genuine parts used
