    Hello Im in the process of starting a new VAG repair and tuning cmpany in the greater london area I know that there are alot of companies to chose from but i would be interested to hear any suggestions that you may have or things that current companys do not offer that you feel they should? Any suggestions are welcome

    I also used the old fuel pump outer casing to create a sleeve for the walbro as it is slightly too small for the Housing, Just make sure the pump never runs dry, try to not go under 1/4 of a tank as 30seconds of dry running will kill th pump

    What Filter are you trying to fit onto it? If you are fitting the pump into the standard swirl pot then you dont use the small bag filter

    DUBPOWER, Top Quality and well priced, They do 8mm Standard leads or 10mm aswell

    Only running 6psi Rotrex and Just got a lower Thermostat and Fan switch and replaced both coolant pumps Never had a problem

    These sholud light up, small bulb, from memory its the same as the heater ilumination bulb. sometimes the bulbs are just pushed in but others are soldered There is a small allen key screw on the selecter lever side, once the top handle of the lever is removed pull the trim up and you will see the little bulb

    The auxilary water pump is down the bottom, almost in the centre, Could be this shot, causing the noise

    No Problem, Just remember to get the belt routing correct and the charger turning the right way and the charger fluid feed pipe bled. Andy and Miles will explain

    Im running standard engine mounts on my 6psi kit. Have you spoken to storm? Well worth a call. If your car has done alot of miles you may see the cat disapear in a cloud of dust out the back!!!

    I bought my Boost gauge from Revo tec as the only one i could find that said Supercharger instead of the usual boost or turbo. Genearl engine health check, new plugs if old. Good idea too lose the cat

    Can be the Regulator starting to fail, Too much resistance causes the window to roll back

    I have sent you a PM about the install but i dont think it made much sense. If you PM me your email then i will foward all the pictures. Well worth speaking to Dub Power for lower temp fan switch, thermostat and better HT Leads. Fantastic noise when on boost. You will be in the petrol station loads when you first start driving it, i now i was!!!

    I would replace your Fuel pump with a in tank walbro unit. Made mine run so much smoother when on boost. What PSI are you going to run?

    My golf was cutting out randomly, turned out it was the Reader coil for the imobilizer, Took me ages to find the fault and drove me mad
