    Cheers for the pics, I just googled golf trailers, most of them are without engine bay. Is there a problem with cutting bang on down the middle. i.e leaving the rear bench and boot. Is it a chassis problem? Oh I like the barbecue one...a lot.

    Yeah, they are exactly what I want but in mk3 Golf form. I like them, I think they are quirky and a bit different to my old indespension one. I want one the same colour as mine. Cheers Calico much appreciated.

    As title states, you know the ones, those who have chopped a golf in half and made a trailer. I wouldn't mind one as I have just sold my camping trailer and thought this would be a bit of fun.

    It's not exactly the best to gorp at, is what I meant. Me and my family had a belting time last year, took a picnic and had a cheeky beer from the hotel. Then myself and a couple of pals drove into Windermere then upto the Kirkstone Pass Inn for a bite! Great day, great weather, fantastic cars! Personal faves were the immaculate silver vr6 Corrado and the mk1 Gti's.
