Any ideas on why my clocks may be playing up anyone? The fuel gauge and speedo have stopped working but The indicator lights (green arrows) etc still flash. The mileage displays when engine is not running but then goes off when started. I was going to buy some new clocks but thought if ask first incase it's something you had come across before. Any help much appreciated, thanks, Jud

Cheers mate what a great comment, makes it all seem worth while. As soon as i get it back from Race-Tech ill get some videos up. They have also promised me that they will do a video of the Dino run as i won't get to be there due to work. My mate owns a big scrap yard in Rotherham with a weigh bridge as well so i can go and see how much weight it has lost after the diet ha. I'm not sure on the oil yet mate its what Race-Tech advised me to use. It hasn't turned a wheel since it went in but can certainly let you know when i get it back. Cheers guys

I made the bonnet and the tailgate myself mate. The doors were £800. The company had to make 4 moulds - front and back for both doors. They have the Audi handle conversion in them so are worth their weight In gold if you ask me.

Will do mate I can't wait

Hahaha yes it went a little something like that lads lol. Dying to get it back now but the lad who's mapping it is packed out with work so its looking like the tax will have run out again before i get chance to drive it.

Not much of a faff at all mate, here's a copy of the engineers report if you want to copy it. I went to an M.O.T station and they charged me £50 for this which i didn't think was too bad as it took about an hour of their time. Then i just took the log book, tax disc, mot and insurance up to local DVLA office and they sent it off for me.

PROGRESS: Oil change to 10w-60 fully synth........Still no Re-map though but has been up with RaceTech 2 weeks now so can't be far off, some pics i took the other day

Cheers lads appreciate the comments. You can't buy the reservoir caps mate I searched high and low. Every international Ebay you can think of, every german car suppliers they dont' make one ha. I ended up getting my mate to make it me on the laithe. I can put you in contact with him if you like, it cost me around £30 but well worth it IMO Still not got it Re-mapped yet, the T3 turbo flange is blowing so the lot needs to come back off, new gasket put on and then it can be re-mapped. Videos to follow lol. Few shots i took before Dubodyssey Saturday.
