  7. Hi brothers, My VR6 12V uses Double upper timing chain system, I purcahsed a new set of Timing chains kit for the coming engine build. However, I discover that there are wrong parts received: 1) Upper chain tensioner rail ( yellow color plastic 021 109 509E) is received, instead of existing one (dark brown metal 021 109 509A) 2) Upper piston tensioner with short body/ flat end (021 109 507B) is received, instead of existing one (longer body with a small tip on front end 021 109 507A) Can anyone tell me the above 2 parts are both new updated parts which may directly replace the old

    If the tuning chips on hand is already a software tuned without the MAF clamp (considered the 5V issue), what cause the fault code 00553? What steps I need to take without buying another software from somewhere? I don't know electronics, please help. Thanks. Euro

    I tested drive again gentlely today, checked no fault code. Then applied full throttle in straight road, fuel cut again and code 00553 appear again, it proves that hard acceleration will have the problem. Will the car be locked in limb mode if the code 00553 appear? Anyone confirm me if install the MAF further away from the supercharger can be a solution? Euro

    Hi brothers, If we apply full throttle & fuel cut suddenly for 0.5 second then recover, then a fault code 00553 appears. Does it mean the MAF read and sent more than 5 Voltes to the ECU? If the supplier says the chips is tuned without the MAF clamp, does it mean that we need to relocate the MAF (on bumper) further away from the Supercharger to solve the fule cut problem? Thanks, Euro
  13. I face this problem, occasionally can't start when hot start..... usualy tried few times, or wait few minutes for retry, when it fires up & running strong. How to make sure?
  14. I replaced the ignition switch (on steering column) last year, then the problem was solved. After driving for 10000km, I recently find the same problem happen to me. During the recent 50 startings in a month, the problem happen 3 times. 1st time: When the engine is hot, I stopped the car for just 1 minutes, then I failed to start again. (Engine was successfully fired up but it cut off immediately) The condition is exactly like the immobilizer is activated). After taking a rest for few minutes, I successfully started the engine, everything was fine and power was strong. 2nd time: Also engine w
