hey guys im looking for a set of cams for my vr6 and dont know which ones to get, ideally i want some cams which i can use now but also use them when i get a supercharger, in the not to distant future ! any help would be good as im a wee bit confuesed about which ones to get !!

hey guys, ive been looking for a front lower strut brace but cant seem to find one any where, i have already got front upper and a rear strut braces. they were on e-bay a while ago but now there like rocking horse shit !! are they even worth having do they make much of a difference in handling ? any help would be good

when i say old fiesta its R'reg and his focus is X'reg, i keep asking him for a race but he aint keen ! lol ! mind you i have given him a death ride in my vr6, he had one hand on the roof handle and his other hand on the seatbelt telling me to slow down ! it was hilarious !!!

i prety much failed school, i aint got the most brains in the world but im a hands on person, i work for a marine drilling company which involves hard work and a lot of commonsense which is very important i mean one little slip up can result in loosing your foot or hand or getting crused my metal pipes !! where as my brother is very intelligent and he is a teacher but he hasnt got any common sense what so ever, and his stupidity shocks me some times, like he thought that his new focus 1.8 would be better on fuel than his old fiesta 1.3 !!!

it sounds like a good buy mate, why not keep it subtle mate and just get some coilovers, smart alloys and an exhaust system for it !!

you dont have to get the milltek clamps mate, just go to your local motor supplyer and get some new ones i think they are either 58mm or 62mm and about £2 each i think you will need 3 of them if its a cat back system !

ahhh, iunderstand now ! i just looked at a picture of a golf and vento and i see that the bonnet of the golf curves around the lights by the grill !! i cant wait to put these vento lights in shes gonna look mean!!!

hey guys i wonna put a vento grill and lights onto my vr6 because it looks mean !! but i read a post on here saying that its easly done but you need to get a vento bonnet, whys this, why wont the golf bonnet work??

hello guys, ive just got another inlet manifold off e-bay for 99p ! i love ebay !!! im gonna get it gased flowed but can any one recomend a place that can do this nd what sort of price will i be looking at ??

hey guys im just about to buy my manifold and de-cat pipe but the decat comes in 2 different lengths 710mm or 510 mm. as im not at home i was wondering if anyone knows what lenght mine is, my car is a L reg vr6. the one which is 510mm has a resonator wall which helps keep it quiter, apparently ! how much louder will my vr be with out a decat ? and what are the power gains like for a 6 branch and de-cat ? any help would be great as when i get home i can continue to "pimp my ride" !!!

hey guys, i sometimes hear a knock noise on my vr6 when i plant my foot down and and when i break hard ! it feels/sounds like its comming from the back of the engine. i was thinking engine mount maybe?? but not sure !! if it is the engine mount where can i get a decent one from, as i tend to drive my car hard..............sometimes !!!!

hey guys, im gonna get my self a stainless 6 branch manifold and decat pipe but was wondering if it will be wise to get some exhaust wrap to help contain some of the heat, is the heat wrap needed ??

hey guys, ive been told that you can get an adaptor plate for an obd2 inlet manifold to make it fit a obd1 engine, is this true if so where can i get one from ??

hey guys ive been busy doin some bits and bobs to my golf, i gave it new oil + filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and cleaned the K&N and shes running like a beast !! i also done the front wheel bearings yesterday and she seems to handling like a dream !! but when i went to get the tracking done after fitting my coil overs they said that the track rod ends were shagged ! i was wondering if and one could tell me the easyest way of replacing them ! cheers guys

hello guys well ive been busy working in the middle of the irish sea for 6 weeks now and im goin home this weekend which im looking foward to as i have been buyin things for my vr6 which include.... a scorpion stainless system, front & back strut braces and some coil-overs so im gonna be busy fitting them for a day or 2 !! my vr6 is L'reg does that mean that its a obd1 ? as im gonna get another inlet manifold and get it ported and polished !! cheers

ive seen a mocal 14 row oil cooler which i may get but will i need to get a mocal sandwich plate ??

cheers guys, i was thinkin of getting a stainless system befor i do anything !! when you say the oil cooler will i have to get a bigger one ? and could you tell me the web sites where i could get superchargers from ?! cheers guys
