    discs and pads is easy enough, changing fluid and bleeding again is not much fun lol. I will see what time I have, things are pretty stretched at the moment mate.

    Meet at car park by Clarence pier car park at the end of Long Curtain Road There is a pub but fooked if I can remember what its called lol Nice bunch, get down there for a chilled meet! I will be going, meeting points for mini convoy can be Portsdown hill or Asda's at Havant Russ

    ran 15.89 at the pod Best reaction of .3 on a Pro tree which is good! Car weight 1360kg Induction kit Corrado TB and Manifold Scorpion exhaust That is the slowest it will ever run again lol

    just weighed the car with all i had in it at the weekend racing as well as me and it comes to 1.36 tonnes or 2998lbs! weight saving here i come

    I preferred not to do a burn out after trying a few, the tyres were warm anyway and the track was fairly warm. I also launched like i would from traffic lights but harder, I did not rev at about 3000 then dump the clutch. I had a really good period of 4 runs where the times were getting consistant and using the above technique worked for me. I just love the car and the car obviously loved it! 19 hard runs and I mean hard runs through the day and nothing broke! I want the scirocco finished now so I can start on the Drag racing fettle lol

    Thanks mate, I wanted 15's and im gonna weigh the car tomorrow as its still full when i run lol Corrado TB and inlet, induction kit and a back box.. Apparently you should manage 15.6 or there abouts standard! Good luck

    I ran a best of 15.86, best reaction were .3... Love the pics, the vr looks at home on the strip lol I got 19 runs in total and still drove back to portsmouth without an engine problem. There was a tyre problem where i blew one of the rears 110 miles from home lol Great day, defo doing it again and again and again.. Would be cool to get pics up next time of mk3's up against each other!

    Had an immense day! Met a few of you which is always good, I must say the turn out for the club was second to none! I myself was there in parts but mostly busy racing I got through 19 RUNS in the VR best time was 15.8969 passing at 101.69.. I got a few decent reactions in the .3 zone too... Not bad for a first time and a weighty car filled with leather etc.. Until the next time.....
