    Thanks guys just one more thing what compression plate would you recommend and where should i get it and for how much?

    I dont want to go as far as forged pistons or that, but open to suggestions

    Hi i'm going to stage 2 supercharge my golf and she has just turned 100,000, i want to rebuild the engine does anybody know what parts i should replace or what tends to go in them, while this is happening i was thinking of converting it to 2.9 any other suggestions or tips for more power would be grateful.
