it could be a number of things. i had it a couple of times. one time i had a stone stuck in the caliper and the pad wasn't making full contact with the disc!! also it could be a sticky pad in the caliper. have you had your brakes serviced recently?

the little plastic thing in the fluid pot is the float. when there is no fluid in there it sinks and the brake light comes on on your dash. the handbrake light (!) is prbably coming on because of a faulty switch. when your driving wiggle the handbrake lever and you should see the light flicker or maybe gone on and off. i've had this loads of times and spraying wd-40 or electrical contact cleaner on the switch normally sorts it. it gets sticky with all the mcdonalds and fag ash falling round it over the years!!

sounds like when he changed the clutch he didn't get a clutch kit just the plate. the kit comes with a new bearing. either way you need to take the gearbox out.

my oil temp on my dash doesn't work, anyone know the fix? everything else works apart from that so it would be nice to have a full house. cheers.

its al about those 6 digits mate!! go and drive 300 miles and you'll feel a lot better.

mines done 120k on a k plate. still the original engine so hopefully got some life left yet.
