do you need the car that is on tow to be insured as the wheels are touching the road?my friend is thinking of building a budget track car and dont want to spend big bucks on a trailer.any advice would be a great help.

just needed to get this of my chest,ive owned my vr for a year now and it was mot time yesterday...all the other cars i have owned have always needed something or had some advisories but this time ...NOTHING,not a single advisory.i thought being a 1994 it would have a few niggles,but no.this has brought the vr love back and iam a very happy man.:-*

i dont drive mine during the week much so maybe it wouldnt be a problem foe me.ive tried looking on youtube and found a few ventos with scorpian exhausts and to be honest i like the sound lol.
