  1. Nice B6 you got there.
  2. They really are a bunch of fcukin idiots, must be all the krokodil and eye drops they inject rotting their minds out.
  3. Bosch S5 but there are cheaper places I just cant find the website on my phone right now
  4. Obviously it'd be a lot easier if you got it on vagcom, but, try pulling the plug on the ABS unit for 20 mins and then connect it back up and going for a little drive.
  5. I was referring to the outer panels with 1mm, I definitely used thicker sheet when I patched the floor.
  6. Don't know exactly but it looks more like 1mm to me.
  7. A nitrile sealant would be petrol resistant.
  8. I'm sure that mine doesn't have one either, only handbrake and oil light come on.
  9. Could you not get petrol resistant sealer?
  10. Looked like uncut seats to me.
  11. My VR is a 97 so came with the smaller splitter, I have my coilovers set as low as they can go for where I go, with there being steep ramped junctions and kerbs at the ends of parking spaces etc. When I park up to them it has mms to spare from scrapes, it actually looks like its sat on the kerb. Now I like the look of the deep front but don't want to raise my suspension any as I think its a bit higher than I would like it to be anyway, but practicality prevails. Cos I don't know if the big splitter is in fact deeper or because the smaller one tapers up at the sides that its an optical illusio
  12. I have any seen 2 ever, and ive driven a normal highline passat so i cant imagine that it would be that far removed just faster. They do look nicer than the normal passat, especially in avant mode.
  13. I changed all of mine from OEM rubber to powerflex and the difference was phenomenal, it made it feel like a new car. There is no more vibration, and they actually improve the ride, bumps it used to crash over are now taken with a much more supple yet tight feeling. Steering, braking, acceleration, everything really is much improved and happens quicker as the bushes aren't taking up all the slack first. They are also a million times easier to install. Don't know about tyre wear as I haven't had them on long enough, but my last set lasted nearly 2 years so not the best one to comment on normal
  14. I got some mazdaspeed parts from california when I had an MPS and they labelled them as gift and I received them no issue.
  15. Man if I wanted some cams I'd be all over that. For the price of springs and lifters if I was getting new cams even if they don't need harder springs, I'd fit new stock springs and lifters, then you're starting on level ground again.
  16. You need to take all the measurements on your head and follow the method and you will end up with the figure. It also shows you the angles of the seats etc
  17. Thats what the chart is for, it enables you to calculate how much seat face you can remove while still retaining enough space for the lifters to function.
  18. Yea that's fine I'll have the one with some tabs missing (just realised bartering after sending the info is a bad bargaining position)
  19. Which one ? You have more than one?
  20. I will send you it in exchange for your US splitter. Deal?
  21. Pm me your email an ill scan the charts to PDF for working out whatever they would want to do
  22. If you are going to the trouble of the engine, give it the gearbox it was born with, if only for the modern shift action.
