just had a thought i disconnected the battery last week for couple minutes. this wont have anything to do withit??? hammering it down at mo gonna have another look when (if)its stopped raining

it is strange coz when i bought him it rained the whole week had no probs at all. just happened over the last week. definately no cracks at all not really any dampness or wet in any of the bay either

hello for last couple times i decided to take bowser out in the wet he has developed a misfire. start up fine leave to warm up and runs abit rough, pull away and its sluggish then all of a sudden the power comes through. its constant until it warms up or been driving for bout half hour. had the same prob with my mk2 and that was the dizzy, replaced that and it was fine. could this be the same on bowser? he has had new leads and plugs fitted

ok ive sorted it just disconnect the battery easy peazy!!

im changing the glove box over as the old one stopped working. this is simple but the immobiliser is in there. if i unplug it will it bugger things up?? thanx

just noticed that i have none of these lights come on when i switch the ignition on. does this mean that they are faulty?

callin it bowser because of the roar when you give it some i love it gettin a vr is the BEST thing i have bought so far

the glove box wont open. still has the handle fitted (and its not locked before you ask lol) anyone had this problem? thanx

seen them on a mk3 but i think early lower models were4 stud wheels. cars been lowered 45mm but maybe 15 inch will look small

hey just a thought can you get g60 steel wheels ton fit a vr?

went to get it this evening and it turned out to be a complete pile of shite!! found it at a dealers. one owner from new, 98000 miles mot (apparently) wheel bearings were extremly loud. none of the windows worked. abs and airbag lights didnt come on. opened the oil filler cap to discover it was full of yellow gunk. rattles from the engine the list goes on ,without mentioning the bodywork lol . was up for £1295 wouldnt have given 300 for it. not impressed by it. the search continues
