    Done the search, but nothing came up.. My VR6 has the Original sentral locking system, and I want to fit an alarm / with remote lock/unlock. My question is: Where is the easiest place to hook up the wires to the system..? Any input is appreciated.

    the blue temp sensor only gives the temp reading to the ECU... dont see how it could affect the actual temp........

    Would it then be the same when using both switches??? Its the passenger window, which runs from both the drivers side and the passengers side switch....

    I have the same problem.. I have also changed the thermostat. I checked the new thermostat before fitting, and its opens at 80*C, the same with the old one I took ut..... Checked it on VAG.COM, and no faults.......

    Well, it was not the Regualtor. So the motor is next..

    No need, unless you have a HIGHLY tuned engine which need HIGH octane.

    A change in the Final Drive ratio of the gearbox....

    Refilling should not be necessary if you dont have a leak. Just a check of the level in the expansion tank once in a while will do. Use the proper coolant, not just water....

    Yeah, the Ferrari ones are far smaller than 2 1/2, as two are being used...

    Vaccum flap, controlled by an electronic valve........ Size, 1 /3/4'' I would imagine.... Im offshore now, so I have no chance to meassure.

    The ISV is a sylindrical unit on the side of the throttle bosy.. (if u have one)

    The exhaust looks great! Impressive work! This is standard on Ferrari 360 - 430, I have 2 spare flap jobs laying around, but they are smaller diameter...

    I use Mobil 1 5w50. Engine runs very smooth, and oil temp is perfect. This is the oil recommended by Porsche for their Engines...

    Its on top of your intake, kind of under the black cover at the back of the engine.

    Ive ordered a new regulator job..... Came in at a hefty 20quid... LOL (its ''funny'' when parts are cheap..........)

    Picked up a VR6 a couple of months ago and it had a few issues. I have solved most of them, but I have yet to solve the following.... One of the El Windows are playing up. Its a 2 door car, and one of the windows goes only part by part, up or down. If I press, and hold the button the window moves 2 inches or so, then stops. I then have to press agin, and it moves another couple of inches. It opens and closes all the way, only issue is the interuptions. Its the same for both switches controlling this window. (passenger side window) I have searched and read about this topic, page up and page do
