  2. Iv removed them when changing the engine and the label fell off. So if I turn ignition on which ever fuel comes out of that goes to the top one on the rail?
  3. Hi 2 fuel lines from the car into the fuel rail. which one goes on what tail? thanks
  4. so the induction side still suckes the crank case fumes. just goes throught the bottle first and uses the bottle to seperate fumes from any fluid.
  5. thats it. where do both pipes go? 1 to rocker cover then the other? do you blank off holes on induction pipe?
  6. Iv got the bottle catch tank? with 2 tails out of the top

  8. New steering wheel. No other reason than it looks more track related than the momo with yellow centre band. Putting the engine back together and wrapped the manifold. Just the rad to fit, that's all connected to front end so ready to bolt on as one. Then fit the exhsust. Change brake lines and I'm done.

  10. iv done a search but found little what im after. spec of oil am I right in saying its 75/90 GL-4. NOT GL5 spec how much does the gearbox take? Thanks
  11. Hmm iv just bought a lightened one off a guy on e bay. It's 7kg or 15lb took my one off and that's 6kg or 13lb

  14. engine bay cleaned and ready lightened flywheel oredered fast road clutch on its way blasted and painted the inlet manifolds belt tensioner black
  15. The engine is here so. Take old out next week and put ancillaries on. Find a belt to run with out air con pump. Bit a clean up change clutch and put it in. Work shop has plenty of VW R racing cable ties and grpA duck tape so all should be ok Mocal oil cooler on its way. Found some cheap e bay silicone coolant hoses. A couple of the old hoses looking a bit tired and used. Track temps don't help. Oil breather Brake hoses

  17. sounds good. im building my engine for my track car so that will be stronger if nothing else
  18. a couple of the rubber seals are looking like they have wear marks and are not even all round. I wanted flow rate and spray pattern sorted really?
  19. cool thanks. does it plumb into the standard cooler plate next to the oil filter?
  20. what are the advantages of this? can I just go to VW and ask for a mk4 V6 head gasket??
  21. as above where can I get my injectors re furbed and checked? new rubber etc? thanks
