Hellooo ive just got scorpion back box with gives a good tone and used to pop a bit of throttle... But doesn't do it now it's turbo'd

Found this one on another site, looks same as mine but not sure if it comes with the booklet of codes, says it comes with cd though... Hope that's helpful

I bought a vag com scanner for £18 of eBay. Just plugs into OBD, has book of DTC's/trouble codes which tell you meanings and can erase them as well on engine, SRS/airbag, ABS and transmission. It's about he size of a average mobile phone with a lead of it.

As far as I'm away the mk4 suffer with coil packs, coolant temperature sensors, throttle bodies (some just need cleaning and resetting using diagnostic software, make sure no DTC's present and engine is up to temperature) and vacuum lines blocking... That's all I can think of at the mo....

How did you find getting the exhaust downpipe made? My old vrt had turbo same way round but the bend on the pipe was so sharp to avoid the chassis

From your mileage I'm sure that would be in the mid 30's to gallon My old vr turbo done 33mpg on motorway Round town I'm sure you'll notice a difference

Hi guys and girls I wanted to hear where everyone's love of the vr6 first came from? Mine was when I was about 18, walking along west wickam high street, I heard some rumbly engines driving up the road and then noticed it was 2 golf vr6s, one 3 door and one 5 door. They stopped at traffic lights then once they went green, They both roared up the road racing each other.... Best engine I ever heard!! I then said to myself I'm having one! Year later I did So what's everyone else's first sight of the beastly vr6?

I get 180-210 on a full tank so yes I would say that's good
