  1. Yeh i did have a look at some on there but not sure what one is best for my engine... Problem i have is that i need the need nipple on the throttle body linked to my dump valve and wastegate, and the other nipple on the corner air pipe coming out the throttle body is for a boost gauge so not sure if i just connect a pipe of the crankcase to a breather system or whether its more complicated?
  2. Hello everyone got a question about what crankcase breather system to get for my vr turbo. Think its called a oil catch can? Any suggestions on what to get? Many thanks guys
  3. wicked! oh are ya, best place to get remap done i hear? are na? or turbo/supercharged?

  5. ah right i know, i actually went to stealth racing to get mine tuned and they were not impressed at all with my golf! haha it had a bad oil leak when i got there and they said its lucky my lambda sensor wasnt working because if they got it on the rollers then it would have caught fire (oil leaking onto exhaust) ive sorted that now though thank god. id really love to go, is it something i could just turn up at? or do i need to book in advance?
  6. ah right, well i have the valve there with the pipe going out on the left into nothing then no pipe on other side of valve... :S

  17. Elo everyone. Have got a vr turbo but taken it off the road to do some tidying on it. Theres a pipe that comes of the bottom right hand corner of the inlet manifold and goes to behind the brake fluid resevoir... Can this be got rid of? Theres also some green coloured pipes coming of it going into the bulkhead where the ecu is.... Hope to get some replies thanks all
  18. ok lukey ill look into that and the catch tanks. cheers
  19. yeh not much space, the silly thing is with mine the turbo is the opposite to what i see other people have, like the air filter is on the right of the engine now and i think it takes up more room, especially where the battery "used" to be so this catch tank has a filter on it? doesnt that woft out any fumes? thank you guys for your replys. much appreciated
  20. yeh i see it goes back into the inlet pipe... but mine is turbo now and has a uprated intake any ideas on where to place a catch can? ebay is it? (love a bit of ebay haha)
  21. hello guys got a question about my crankcase breather, the engine i bought had one of them silly air filter type things coming off the crankcase but this was always smoking and causing the fumes to come inside my car through the air vents. i then connected some tubing from the crankcase to out the bottom off the drivers wing.... but im still getting the fumes in the car. is there a way i can recirculate it into the air pipes? or is there another way so i dont get fumigated haha cheers all
  22. Yeh turbo is great, the noise is incredible!!! Especially with the screamed pipe! Only running about 7psi but its more than powerful!!
