    my golf vr revs up to 6.5k then hits the limiter. my mate just got a completely standard golf vr6 and it revs up to 7k, is there variation between cars or has my mates had something done to it?

    I never changed the bushes out of the wishbones but they seemed gd quality. I bought a second hand antiroll bar that had just been powder coated blue and its scraping off onto the wishbone :-/

    My wish bone and antiroll bar keep tapping each other when i drive on a cobbled street and up the track to my house. Thing is, it was doing this just before i took my car off the road, so i bought new wish bones and antiroll bar and its still doing it :-/ does anybody no what could be causing this? It was lowered 35 mm when i bought it and ive put new eibach 35 mm lowering springs in it 2 months ago if that helps but other than that i really dont have a clue .

    iv tried getting them from all the different suppliers on eBay, eurowagons.com and off German eBay. there all s**** I have one left in the shed. only annoying thing is I had a cracked one on all week, I cleaned my car today and put a new one on went up the road and hit a rabbit and smashed it, it lasted all off 3 hours. im on my last one from eurowagons. is it right there £90 from vw. I should have gotten one ages ago.

    the other day i was in my garage getting some bits to fix my exhaust i went outside and realised my phone had gone out my pocket, so i rang it off my work phone and i could hear it vibrating but could not find it anywhere! i rang it it 7 or 8 times before i pin pointed the vibrating noise right above a bucket of old oil put my hand in it and found my what was a mint con iphone 4s . surprisingly it still works except the speakers are blocked and u can hardly see the screen from where its leaked in through the head phone jack its actually on charge now and syncing with my laptop anyways as it

    I emailed them saying it was nackard and they told me to keep it and theyl refund me the 7.99. Result :-) So i went out and my mate took it to his work and tapped it to an m10 but that went wrong to so i just put a m8 bolt through put a nut on other end. Good as new :-) shame i bought one off ebay for 50 aswell thinking id never fix it

    The f***er ripped me off now my car is still stuck. The threads for the pulley bolt are totally knackard. Anyone had one off ebay? There 50 just wondering if the qualitys any good

    Hi, my belt tensioner has flown to bits, the casing split in 2 then i took it off the car and it flew to bits completly. So looking for a new one but the the cheapest i can find is 97 from euro carparts which is a bit of a rip off

    Ive had my vr nearly 2 years now i can remember it doing it ages ago when the i switched the engine off just after a good run out, but now its just doing it all the time since i put new coolant in. So it must be an airlock. Still havent had time to do mine but i should be having a go in the morning

    I was just about to type this exact post! Wonder what it is? Il try to bleed it tomorrow . Hope it works it sounds horrible. But it shouldnt be the matrix i had mine replaced early last year.

    Just about to start and looking for any advice. Going for the Obvious bolts first with a jack holding the weight of the engine then go from there :-) anybody else done one?
