  1. Pic of mine, dropped a touch more now the R32 suspension has settled
  2. Initially I was interested in that then read it and just raised my eye brows. From what I've heard there's far better places to get a remap
  3. I was going to sell mine last month but went against it. Now got some S3 wheels, R32 shocks and springs and looking for a DSG intake to pop on it. SHould make it a bit more fun
  4. Looks ok to me mate. As for the flapper mod, it's done on R32's not the 4mo if I'm right.

I've been 4 times mate. Stayed in the Bozikis the first 3 then the Apollo this last time. Both on the main road to Kalamaki. I'm off to Ibiza in 5 weeks so can't wait for that now

    Holiday Pics

Well I've been away for a while and just come back from hol so thought I'd share my pics seen as I'm doing naff all to the 4mo at the min lol http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2069589494629.124905.1091606146&l=b2125fbd50
  7. Love this and it's made me miss my Lhasa green mk1 even more than I already do. Would love to put the V6 4mo engine and runnin gear in one
  8. Think they lower by about 15mm but the ride is supposed to be firmer
  9. Love the stage II bit where it says "Performance is extreme!! If only I had a spare £6k
  10. Sorry, I didn't word it very well. Yes there seems to be plenty of options and kits to tune the VR6 and a fair few for the R32 but not many about for the 4mo. Plus with the 12v it seems to be do-able pretty cheap compared to the 4mo
  11. Not sure if this is a silly question or not (although prob silly as I've just asked that ) but how come it seems pretty easy to turbo the 12v but not so much the 24v V6?
  12. LOL Jimmy, this is true. This is why there are so many horror stories about people messing up with steroids. It's because they don't use them properly and take time to research them.
  13. I don't even think about the MPG, if I did I'd cry and buy a TDi lol
  14. Sorry keerat I've only just seen this. There's no real way to counter act any sides from steroids but you can reduce them. With water you'll take what's known as an AI (Aromatise Inhibitor), this helps stop the body producing more oestrogen to cope with the increased testosterone. With temper you can use evening primrose oil to help hormones balance a little but I think this isn't really the case. What I find is that steroids amplify emotions, if you're happy, you're on top of the world, if you get upset you get really down. If you have a quick temper and can't control it then you need to
  15. I think it shows just how good the people are on here tbh Craggsy. Ok I don't post much but do read it a lot and enjoy being here. Obviously I don't know much about VR6's (mainly being into G60's a bit ago and now own a v6 4mo) but love seeing the projects on here and the sheer amount of info people know. I know a bit on this subject so can at least add a decent input to the thread
  16. That's the thing. If they are used correctly then yes they help someone get bigger and better in there chosen sport, be it rugby, football, sprinting, body building. To put them in the most basic terms, they help you recover quicker and absorb more protein, that's about it. Muscles are broke down in the gym, they build once they are repairing and you're resting. I to get fed up of people saying "oh I'm taking creatine" too. If you're on them, admit it. The amount of "Roid Head" comments I get is stupid, I just laugh them off. I'm not even what I'd class as big. As you say oli, you have no
  17. PS my spelling mistakes aren't due to steroid induced cateracts. I'm dyslexic hahaha
  18. It has a serious affect on your wallet though hahaha There's a risk of course. But then again I don't drink or smoke and can't remember the last time I had any form of fast food. I'm not justifying their use what so ever, just trying to point out that a lot of people who take them aren't foolish like most who do. Look at how many people are in hospital with smoking and drinking related illness and obessity? Yet it doesn't stop people necking stella, smoking B&H and going to McD's.
  19. I agree the media does only come up on extreme cases of them As for doing things naturally, why not just leave a car as standard??? When superchips first came out everyone thought they'd blow your engine up haha I know it's a touchy subject and unless you're into bodybuilding then most aren't bothered about them never mind taking them. But it is a subject I find interesting, Same as I do tuning cars. As for shrinking external organs... it shrinks the nuts due to them not being needed to produce testosterone as you're injecting it. To get them back you run what's called PCT (Post Cycle Therap
  20. That's mainly Human Growth Hormone and Clenbuterol (clen is the big one for the heart) Of course there's calculated risks with them, you've just not got to be ignorant about the potential danger of them
  21. I can't see the vid but the blokes who's arms exploded was Greg Valentino. Proper tool!!! The thing is, it wasn't steroids that did that to his arms, it's a product called "Synthol" It's just an oil that stretches the membrane around a muscle, so that the muscle can grow more. Usfull if you're a pro and have reached you genetic limit but he just pumped his arms full of what is essentially chip fat and did it in a very un-sanitary manner. I'm into body building and do steroids. Yet I can chat with Dr's and Bio-chemists about them and do know what I'm on about. A lot of chavs and fools use
  22. I'd heard it was every 40k but my mate said 20k. For the sake of about £40 I'll just do it every 20k. He only charged me £100 for full oil change and haldex serive so it wasn't worth me messing about. I paid £3450 for mine in Oct, 82k, fsh, totally standard in dark blue. They seem to have come down a bit now though.
  23. Had mine since oct and only prob has been the clutch pedal snapping but that's just a mk4 thing. Wasn't too happy that despite FSH my mate who works on my cars (ex VAG master tech) reckons the Haldex oil hadn't ever been changed. But now it's all sorted. Also found an induction kit from my old E36 323i laying in my house the other day, popped it on the 4mo and it sounds awesome
