Loverly ride mate I got the same headlights as you just wandering what you make of them? I love the look of mine but visability is terrible! Whats yours like? -
I should add that older scruffier ones like mine seem to be limited to 140 as my windscreen trim likes to pop off and scare the crap out of me at these speeds!!!!! :S

Im up for some action!! After missing camping last week im up for racking u some more miles before the winter rolls in, and the missus is coming along this time too Is there room for another VR? Definatly not worthy of a club stand though just be happy with a patch of grass and somewhere to camp

Unfortunatly I only got to pop down on the Saturday and was late at that! It was well worth the drive, gutted I missed the activities and demos as I liked the sound of them the but the atmosphere was still great. I liked the location and the camping vibe and although I coulnt get the time to camp this year would definatly next. I just made it in time for the SnS prizes and I though the catorgies were good and was very impressed at Tony's craftmanship Looking round the cars after definatly agreed with the winners. I do like the idea of 1st 2nd and 3rd but for overall only. I also prefered -
New VR purchased back in Sept 2010 been itching to get on RR to see where it stands, heres the results from a Dynapack Chassis Dyno test on 4th Jan 2010 at Torquetronix, Kells N. Ireland Max Power - 165.3 HP @ 5924rpm Max Torque - 163.6 lb-ft @ 4657rpm VR6 2.8 OBD1 Mk3 Golf 1994 Circa 130k Fullsize - K&N 57i + cold air feed to lower bumper Unknown De-cat & 2.5" Straight Through Exhaust System Does anyone know what transmission losses are trypically for a VR? Have seen ~20% values used for RR or +20-40HP to get Flywheel BHP but that would be a unfair assumption as I had no tyre

Likewise! Got mine sorted but now I want it! Back to the bay me thinks! (h) -
Hiya mate when I got my VR it had no working speakers so needed something but am a student on a tight budget so after a lot of lookin best budget soulution I could come up with was 4 VIBE Slick 60 6" for the doors and a Edge ED7800 4 Channel 800W Amp. Total was £177.97 of the bay. The VIBE speakers sound great and fit nice and snug in the doors. The Edge amp is quite big and a nasty orange colour (painted mine )but is cheap and a perfect match to the speakers. I want my boot for a LPG tank and boot build so tried a different approach to amp mounting as you can see! Overall very happy wit

Yeah there snug in the arches but would you have it any other way? If you aint rubbin you aint dubin! Its getin lower every day too . P.S. Aint got the overheating sorted yet Dave but noticed sum fluids runing out of the front today mite be worth a look
