  1. Yea i've tried the switch. It must be working tho because the light gets brighter when u work it, do u know where the wires go to
  2. I've managed to sort out the dlc communication problem. I missed out the junction box for the signal wires. And i've fixed the demister flashing problem. Was a wrong connection on one of the White plugs behind the fusebox. I'm still stumped with the fuel pump relay clicking and the handbrake warning light. Anyone got any ideas please?
  3. cheers dude, i think i can rule out the fusebox, im starting to think ive used the obd2 gti wiring. as i recall it being different, im gunna try my spare loom out. found another strange problem, i can flash my headlights with my rear screen demister switch :s this is geting silly now haha
  4. ive taken a photo of my fusebox layout at the moment,m could someone tell me if this is correct? and heres the ones io have left over
  5. So I've put the 109 in. FPR still clicks, stops after a while but as soon as I turn anything electrical on it starts clicking again.
  6. I'm using a 30 in the no 3 relay position ECU I do have a 109 from the other fusebox. Have I mixed up the fuseboxes? And yes I've used the vr ignition
  7. hey peeps, need your help converted an obd2 gti to an obd1 vr6, which included changing the whole loom. now my fuel pump relay clicks with ignition on. changed the ecu relay and fuel pump relay but still the FPR clicks and fuel pump cuts in and out at the same time, when the car is running it seems to be using alot more fuel. tried to plug in my diagnostic machine but it wont communicate at all. also the handbrake warning light is constantly on (slightly dim) but gets brighter when handbrake is applied. any help would be much appreciated, especialy for the diagnostic problem Thanks in advance
  8. ok, so i went back in the morning, still had pressure, removed my bracket, and fitted it to the gearbox, lost all pressure, so re-bled and there were bubbles in it again. so im preetty confused now
  9. i have the same problem, fitted a new clutch, then it went really light, so i bled the system, and it got worse, i now have no clutch at all. however, today, i replaced the slave cylinder for a second hand one i had spare, and made a bracket to hold the slave push rod in place, then bled the system rechecked for pressure and repeated until i got a solid pedal. ive left it pressurised over nite, and will update in the morning. apperently its something to do with the difference in pressure of the old clutch plate and the new one :/
  10. im having the same problem i just changed the clutch and it worked fine before the change. but now its alot lighter and its right at the bottom of the pedals travel. did anyone have an answer to this please?
  11. got a few things in the pipeline. bigger brakes. would love some polished tt comps. smooth boot, smooth bumper, tinted windows and one day CHARGER wherry, u found me haha. the tint was sweet, got loadsa bubble in it when i put it on, then when i used the lights they disappeared from the heat, result.
