    yep benn using lesser fuses and they are blowin,still think iv got big problems il be amazed if this is the reason why it keeps blowing

    20 amp 5 amp m8.spoke to machanic he rekons fan motor i told him i got the fans working with 2 bits of wire to battery and they work,he still thinks the motor cant see it tho,i found some copper wire exposed on the fan conector but it isnt damaged just the plastic coating has come away a bit,how would i know if the fan module i bought isnt also knackered?cheers

    checked all the wires to my knowledge including under battery tray etc to module its all in thick covering so should be ok.my last hope is chanheing rad sensor tomoz gutt feeling it aint guna make any diffrence,i spoke to the guy i bought it off 3 weeks ago he rekons he had know probs but he would say that,i will mention the oil temp sensor is still broke but this wont have any effect with the rads will it?cheers

    cant get no hot air from the heaters and the dial on works on number4 also air con switch stays lit through 123 and turns of on 4 having a nighmare with this thing plaease help

    finaly got my replacment module off ebay for a tenner lol and it works but still have no fans i tried bridgin the conections in the rad conerctor the usual way and still nothing just blows the fuse so i let the car heat up at a stand still to 80 90 degrees to see if the fans would kick in then what seemed like the moment the fans were guna kick in the fuse poped,guna try new rad sensor tomoz but cant see it making any diffrence as i am getting nothing on the rad test unless i run 2 wires from fans to battery then they work,its driving me up the wall wish i adent of got the dam thing now -----

    i think i have found a match for my fan module but the part number is diffrent however the pin codes for both conncectors match idebtical to my old module,help apreciated

    annoying sound when i unlock the car with fob or key from the boot area lasts about 20 secs then stops,no problems when locking tho any info appreciated

    tried thst mste i seen someone do it on you tube but when i tried it just keeped blowing the fuse but did get them going on a manual hook up to the battery anyhow i took of the fan module and theres a big burn hole near one of the pins so pretty sure this has to be my prob for air blowin fuse when swutched on and the attempted rad test,really struggling now to find the right match fan module

    yep theres one on there now diffrent code and pins and pin codes are the same i believe these fit going off some info in forums he also wants £60 iv just blew £30 on one aint even got the car legal yet had it 2 weeks i need these fans sorting asap tho car overhaeated during mot on emision test and cudnt complete the test it was all good up until then and had to get new thermo housing and the module is needed to run the 3 sensors right?,are you running your car with no module?

    i done the same thing mate and the one in the pic is the one i ended up with.the one i want is 3A0 919 000 sho 89 8835 000 big connecte 4 pinr above code is 1 2 3 30 above small connector 10 pin code is top row WP T1 T3 T2 X bottom row P T 31 T4 MK i tried uploading pic avant a clue how to tho thanks anyway
