Exactly as Dave said. Where not the sort of club that will only take concourse cars for our club stands. As long as you guys and girls want to represent the club that's all that matters well you need a VR too lol -

Turbo the 24v instead even better again. Another member on here VIW28 has an around 550bhp mk3 with a 2.8 24v turbo engine in it

I think mk3highline has ran his mk3 with the mk4 24v engine on the rollers at 230bhp and this is the reason I'm picking my 24v engine up tomorrow [emoji4]

I think I paid £90 for my sachs clutch kit from euro

Yeah I usually pay about £15 for half a litre of basecoat and about the same for clear and activator (1.5 litres worth)

Will I need all 4 lambdas when I do my swap? I'm using the 12v engine loom and ecu as mk3highline has. I was just gonna cut the 24v down pipe and mate it to the 12v down pipe

Remember you'll need laquer and activator too and that's a different mix to the paint. It's 2 parts laquer 1 part activator and 10% thinners

I bought 2.5 litres for my car so really that makes 5 litres once mixed and layed some nice coats down on the whole car

That should be more than enough. By the time you mix your thinners you'll end up with 1 litre of paint

I'd probably go with half a litre mate
