i want to buy a 6 branch s/s race manifold. my only question is..... is it literally a bolt on jobby ? or are new holes needed to be made for the new manifold ? because obviously a 6 branch manifold has more bolts in it ? or am i being stupid ? if someone has done this please write on here. thanks.

Sticking with the setup I have. The decat is enough for me. Let my dad drive it round the block and stood outside listening.... Love it.

Maybe I should just leave it as it is.... It has already had the de-cat pipe fitted. But the middle box is so small I don't see the point in it. I've got the miltek stealth system.

i HAVE A MILTEK EXHAUST SYSTEM AND HAVE JUST PUT A DECAT PIPE ON, BUT I STILL WANTED A BETTER NOISE... NOTHING BETTER THAN A REAL GRUNTING VR6 ENGINE. MY CAR IS A 1998 MK 3 VR6 GOLF. MY QUESTION IS.... CAN I TAKE THE MIDDLE BOX OUT AND HAVE JUST A BACK BOX ON ? OR WILL THIS COMPLETELY RUIN THE PERFORMANCE AND ENGINE ? PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER.
