    Plugged the car in yesterday fault code 00513 engine speed sensor-g28 no signal came up. Replaced the sensor today and cleared the code. Still no luck any more help/ideas would be great. Thanks

    Anyone know where this should go it anywhere? I know it's an earth strap but can't see where it's ment to go :/

    I got power coming out of the coil I got power coming out the king HT lead.... But then nothing after that.... Resistance on the crankshaft sensor checks out ok 550 ohms What's the sensor on the bottom of the dizzy??

    Yeah it's dizzy... Na havnt plugged it in yet... Yeah it's got an alarm but that kills the ignition so I know when that's disarmed

    It does crank over mate yeah but totally wont start now... It's got fuel, getting no spark tho

    Right kind of a large area of open discussion here.... But basically it won't start just wondered if there's a few common problems for this and things I should check first.... It used to sometimes start and cut out straight away unless u gave it a bit of throttle for a few seconds then it would idle fine.... Dunno if this is anything to do with the problem now cheers guys

    Sorry to be a pain people but do you use a plain bolt with washer? Or can u actually get these bolts with a flanged head...

    Glass has defiantly got to go... I'm just wondering about the sunroof aswell obviously weighs loads but it doesn't work anyway and leaks... Yeah I kinda just canabalised it all lol threw it all away anyway.... Not too sure on the dash thinking I will loose it in the end no need for it it's not an everyday car at all so don't matter

    Thought I'd start a build thread on this never done one before with any of my cars so thought I might aswell as this cars just for fun... 3dr vr6 obd1 is the base car I have.... Had the car's ECU chipped before anything else just cos of ease and how cheap I could get it done thanks Nick @ R-Tech power This is the car as I bought it.... £500 108k few problems but nothing that won't be sorted by track prepping lol My brother decided to take the car on a track day before we even done anything to the car to see what it was like And took it all the way to oulton park for a full day!! Obviously
