10ss just on the rears.. on the fronts im hoping to run 8.5, but would they clear the front vr6 calipers with a deep dish?

i am wanting to put bbs rs replica wheels on my mk3, being dare dr rs 17" either 7.5j or 8.5j fronts and 10.0j rears, but have been told that they will not clear the calipers due to the offset of the rim. is there anyway around getting them on or is it a definate no no? i have had the arches rolled and wanting to run stretch tyres.. HELP PLEASE??

i am thinkin of doin the same thing to a 1995 golf with the 288mm brake set up the wheels im looking at have a offset of 35et.. but have been told that they will not got over callipers?? is there anyway i can get around this?.. my arches have been rolled and will be running stretched tyres help please?

Are you putting vr in mk2 or 3???

Im doing a vr6 conversion to my mk3 gti 8v. Do i need to change driveshafts and hubs.. To vr6 ones or will gti driveshafts fit?? Thanks
