I know stupid people! I did think it weird but a mechanic told me its ok so you kinda trust them... Lol Well there fixing any damage anyway. They have just picked it up now

Hi guys just an update really! I spoke to this "mechanics" manager they will be round today to fix the tensioner so they can test the head and fix all the hoses that popped etc! And I'll also get it checked by a garage of my choice after to make sure it is fixed! All free of charge. Let's hope that **** mechanic gets the sack... Thanks for everyone's help and advice Apprichiate it.

An update!! Really do need help tho guy! Well green flag came out and said I is the tensioner not the belt so told me to drive home! On the way the car overheated and I spoke to my mechanic he said the green flag mans a c**t as the belt drives the water pump too so iv got burst pipes etc hopefully haven't warped the head!! Any advice I'm so frustrated...

Where can I get a belt at this time of day!? Anyone help me!!!

So iv stopped on my way home and steering became heavy and the tensioner belt has come off! No tools on me or nothing. I'm going to attempt to get home but because the belt hasn't snapped could I put it back on??

I want some serious noise from the exhaust lol i know but i love the sound vrss make just advice shall i straght through or apply with the law and go for a back box ?? this is tempory until i can get a full system.

Well what happened was iv got an abs fault,worked out that its the abs sensors,i got them got ready today to change them in this freezing weather all the tools ready then................. The jack wouldnt fit under my car lol so have to go and by a low entry jack and do it another day idiot!!!

just added the vr6 to my insurance. £80 more not too bad works out about £100 a month im happy with that!
