    Jus been out in hi line and got back tryin to attempt puttin stereo in with ignition on and off and now it won't start and when it does runs for couple seconds and cuts out

    Jus the answer I wanted mate. It's getting done tonight. I take it will idle ok then?

    The new 1 has idle control valve buit in and where the air feed pipe fits on to it is bigger!

    My engine chain snapped so have jus replaces engine. It starts and runs fine but won't idle, it's a different throttle body with a different idle control valve. I believe it's obd1. Basically will it be ok if I swapped the inlet and throttle body off the old engine?

    Yea I know won't be cheap, I have jus had a new clutch and recon box on mine so will use those parts.

    Hi every1 I was thinkin about breaking my vr6 but I like it to much to do so. Recently the chain snapped so today I went and bought a replacement engine but want to do the chain first and didn't know how easy or the cost if any1 can help? Cheers
