I had a Mk3 Golf VR6 and my dad has a Corrado. The corrado is MUCH faster! It's much lighter, and the space is a compromise. Corrado is more of a 2+2, Golf is a great every day car.

Any cracks in the wrong places or signs of sagging? Unwanted, constant noises or smooth and quiet?

Definitely slip stream lorries if it's dry, but if you get stone chips, move put! Usual no air con, heating, radio, windows and sunroof shut and stick to 70mph. Remove any excess weight in the boot.

Archos - I got an Archos 80 (8 inches) for £120 and it's supposed to be the closest thing to an iPad in all aspects apart from the price. Get an Archos Titanium 100

Just out of curiosity, how much will it cost?

For sale, fits Mk3 Golf. £80 for the stealth shelf with speakers, £80 for the CD/MP3/Radio. Seen the CD receiver going for £140-£170 online. Comes with connector for USB and iPhone connector. £140 if you want both.
