You can make it like the 1s you've posted but if twin scroll you will need two wastegates either side of the collector! Log manifolds are easy to get and cheap you can get a eBay ATP style manifold for like £70 all you have to do is port match it as ports are abit smaller on the manifold

I think you would need 2 wastegates either side of the collector as exhaust gasses would only escape 1 side and over boost on the other 3 cylinders but I could be wrong.... a proper built twin scroll will give you better spool and top end power.. all depends on how well you make it flow really... but daverse looks to be doing it the right way with stainless... just my 2p worth lol good luck with it
Oh just up the road from me then I'm from Croydon also got a VRT in the works should be done mid jan just waiting for my ecu to come back from united, I've got about 8 vr6 turbos around me I think we should all meet up when everyone's up and running and do a rolling road day or a rwyb at pod.. You got any pics of your car as I may have seen it floating about?
I don't have any pics but it's quite simple to do it's just take off your front engine mount completely off the crossmember take it apart slide the old rubber of the stem inside get 4 ice hockey pucks drill out the hockey pucks center and put it back together job done, and repeat the same with the rear engine mount..
Yes mate it will come out in 1 apart from the light loom! So best bet take all the wiring I had my mate switch mine to obd2 from obd1 as going turbo aswell
I would get hold of AME-racing but be ready to use google translate unless u can speak german lol, having seeing their cars in the flesh I would defo contact them for any questions you want to know about head flow.... their polo ran a 8.9sec 1/4mile at vw action this year at santa pod and mk3 golf 9.0.... or you can try contact lugtronic over in the states
looks like a cheap ebay special... maybe better off buying some parts off him and piecing your on kit... like loom and ecu, turbo manifold , injectors, wastegate if its a tial or turbosmart, and maybe the down pipe..
if I had the option I would go for the billet 6262dbb with 4" anti surge with t4 exhaust housing 0.82ar or 0.96ar but that's just me.. will be quite laggy but if u running a standard box lag is your friend lol
