I've 205's on 8.5j and it's a nice stretch will half an inch make it too much I'm not sure all you can do is try mate if you've got some tyres sitting about already

I have 4 of these tyres on my current wheels trying to stop my garden becoming a junk yard....lol

I have just watched a youtube clip of M44D VR stretching 205 45 15 on a 9 inch wide wheels.

Is it possible to stretch tyres 205 45 16 on a 9 inch wide wheel ?

I am trying to recycle...

And would it be safe.

Hi All,

Please can I have some help,

I am thinking of getting some 16'' Wheels 9'' wide all round for my 96 VR6 Golf.

I have not lowered it so its on standard springs.

What size tyres would I get for the front and rear.

I may lower the car in the future.

St Bernards merged with St Phillip Howard in poplar and became Blessed John Roch.

There was no need for two Catholic schools as the area changed soooo much...sad really.

It is indeed , I lived on the island till I was about 5 then moved to Whitechapel , spent a lot of time round Bethnal Green , Watney and shadwell tho due to working for my dad and went to shitty bishop Challoner ... Bleurgghhh ha ha
Erm it's nots as "essex" as billericay and Brentwood but it's up there :/
Was just really really hard to adjust as it's a totally different way of life round here to the hustle and bustle I was used to , when the parents said they were moving to essex my brain went Hornchurch , Elm Park !!! Yeassssss lol

I went St Bernards in Bethnal as all my uncles went there, Most of my family went St mary St Michael then bishop.

My Mum and dad grew up in Shadwell.

We have a lot in common...

Snap !! I grew up in Whitechapel lived there till I was 18 then moved out here to sunny old special folk Braintree LOL

Small world, I lived in Stepney until I was 10 then moved to Wapping. Braintree sounds interesting....real Essex LOL

Hi den, I'm not too far up the rd from you. As yet I don't know of or have arranged any local meets but you'd be more than welcome to convoy up to stealth for the RR day on March 1st.
There's starting to be a few of us in the area now so could be an idea to organise a meet or something!

I had a custom Longlife once, sounded immense and fitted perfectly with a lifetime warrenty. It was circa £300 though.

On my mk3 currently i run a Supersprint I got from on here. Just keep an eye on the forsale ads and ebay and you should pick a system up for circa £100.

As to which sound the best well thats all personel preference.

My limit is around the £100 mark as this is only a second car, Thanks I will keep an eye out

Your best bet would be to have a quick search online or eBay. Depending on your location you may have a company local to you where you can have a custom exhaust made. Otherwise you can try websites such as, awesome GTi, C&R enterprises.

Hi, Does anyone know where I can get a new or used sports exhaust system.

I was told Sebring and Remus are the best for sound.
