  3. Up another night after OBD2 to OBD1 engine swap engine swap. Car is a 1996 Jetta GLX VR. We converted everything over from OBD2 engine, including intake manifold, throttle body, wiring harness, exhaust manifold and ECU, which was DOA after install. Installed good used ECU and pulled these codes. So far I've checked and cleaned all grounds, fuses, shes getting power to brand new coil pack, plugs & wires. She's almost starts, then nothing. New ECU is 021906259A according to scanner, original was 021906259N, so that tells me right there that car had many issues before I rescued her. Anyway he
