    Hi, One of my engine mounts has packed in and started making a bang when I boot it and I'm unsure on the best thing to replace them with. I've read that the standard honeycomb vw ones aren't that great and that most people use the vibratechnic ones. I was trying to work out if polybushing the original mount would be just as good as it's a lot cheaper to do than buying vibratechnic mounts! happy to hear all views and opinions on this one! Thanks in advance...

    I'm currently removing the full interior from my mk3 because racecar... Front seats are both in good condition, slight wear on drivers as expected but nothing too drastic. Rear bench is spot on, and all 4 door cards will come with it too along with the wiring loom for the front 2 seats. Looking for £200 for the lot as it is in good condition and most are ripped by now.. As its being removed i'll add more photos when it's all out, here's a picture of the front passenger seat so you can see that they are in good condition!

    Genuine set of 15" VW Speedlines from a Corrado. Good condition but paint needs re-doing to make them perfect as its bubbled up in a few spots. Come with tyres but they've been on the wheels in storage for 6 years so they probably want changing.. Seen a couple of sets up recently from £250 to £350 so I'll sit right in the middle and accept £300 if someone wants them. One centre cap is missing but I've seen a few kicking about online so should be easy to replace. Only got a picture of one at the moment so i'll get more photos if people are interested in them.

    Thanks, hopefully someone will recognise it eventually... It's in good condition besides a few little paint problems, the owner before the guy I bought it from had put a 6 branch manifold and full milltek etc so want to know what else has or hasn't been done really!

    Hi everyone! I've been trying to source previous owners for the mk3 Golf vr6 that I bought towards the end of last year. I know that the owner who took the most care of the car was the owner before the guy I bought it from was a member on here as he put the VR6OC stickers in the back windows of the car. The car was written off as stolen and then bought from auction so hopefully finding the owner that had it before will help me find out more about its history etc. If you recognise the Reg or know the old owner and could put me in contact that would be awesome!     Just wondering if anyone could help me out with this.. Basically my engine was flooded by a pretty deep puddle and I've managed to repair that but since fixing it my gears have shifted across. I now have 3rd where first should be 4th where second should be and 5th where 3rd should be. Reverse appears to be 3rd gear also.. Can anyone tell me or advise me on how to resolve this? Any help is appreciated! Thanks

    Makes sense that my insurance thought it was an auto then! Can't find the correct plug for my reverse switch on the manual box now, don't think its been put it with the new box...

    Hi, Just wondering if anyone could help me work out what these plugs are for. I think one is supposed to go on the reverse switch on the gearbox but once connected I still don't have reverse lights so I need to look into that a bit more. If anyone could identify them and the importance of them that would be spot on. Cheers
