I have taken off the engine harness from the obd2 car but the how much of the actual wiring loom do I need? Do I need to replace the whole loom? Also on the obd2 car it has gear sensors and the obd1 car doesn't will this need to be changed over?

Hi since i have had my VR6 the ABS has never worked the ABS light has never come on either. Hasn't bothered me I am fixing other problems first. long story short I am now taking the dash out and someone has messed with the wiring behind the dash soldered wired here and there. I am looking to put it back to normal and fix any problems. Haynes to my knowledge doesn't make a Manuel for the VR6 but Bentley do but are quite expensive and so does Russek and its cheaper. Whats the best Manuel to go for, for wiring thanks

Thats savage! yeah the thing is deadly to drive, getting it on the ramp tomorrow. I've got access to a MOT brake tester so will check the front at the same time. its not on the road at the moment so its not too dangerous

hello I have just brought a 1992 vr6, when I brought the car it had clutch problems which i have now fixed. I took it for a test drive and the back wheels lock up very easily does anyone know what the problem could be? It has been lowered and it doesn't have ABS. I am thinking it could be the brake portioning valve but have been told it could also be a problem with the front calipers.
