So the new throw out bearing is bad ??

I replaced the slave cylinder not the master cylinder sorry I got them mixed up. Could it be the master cylinder?

I recently put a new clutch in my 96 vr6 passat . The pedal was very soft and after driving it for 4 days it started slipping really bad and now it won't even move when it's in gear. I put a new master cylinder on it and bleed it and still didn't work. Any thoughts before I tear it apart again ?
