Car developed multiple misfires in one go.

I've had a similar issue, but my cars been sorn due to family issues. Thought a full all round service would do the trick but didn't. I've changed the coil pack, leads and plugs twice since and still the same problem! Low down misfire and judders. Any ideas lads?
