So I recently picked up a 93 Passat with a vr6 distributor engine. The thing only wants to fire on 2 holes, not all six. It has new dizzy, plugs and plug wires, cap and rotor, verified power to ecm and whatnot. It does run, so that rules out a lot of the trivial things but it will only run on two cylinders, the coil acts like its firing like it should, I'm getting far more pulses to the cap than I'm getting out of it. It doesn't make any difference whether or not the hall sensor is plugged in at the dizzy, it doesn't change the way it runs at all. Any Ideas???
