So, i repair this car step by step but it's too longMechanical problems, electric problems... My VR6 durind a BMW ride on Provence in the South of France(OEM Double optique black) Actually i repair my head gasket :valve stem seal / hydrauliques tappets See You ! RemsVR6 5 Posted April 14, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 14, 2015 (edited) Hello, after a long period i'm back, i see today your answer If i connect the battery for the first time, the engine run immediately, but after the first start, when i want to start again, I have to operate the starter for 3 to 5 seconds before the engine starts i bougth a scanner U281, and after analysis, "no error" or "linking error", i tried to use VAG-COM but i can't to read in the ECU... i tested the ignition during the starter activation, and it's ok... i maked a topic for this in the "Engine Maintenance & Problems", i expected the answers now The good news now during this long period, i finished to repair my headgasket, and my engine have a good compression. Cyl 1 : 217.65 psiCyl 2 : 210.4 psiCyl 3 : 228.53 psiCyl 4 : 224.91 psiCyl 5 : 210.4 psiCyl 6 : 239.42 psi And yesterday, in your country, i bougth that Edited April 14, 2015 by RemsVR6 Link to post Share on other sites
