any body heard of these wheels are they any good as ive seen i nice set and was thinking of buying them but would like a bit of feedback before. !lol

mim are a reasonable make, i had some on my mk1 gti when i first got it, elite in essex sell them.

ye he prob would just reading some other treads people say 60mm an 8x17 dont go so may have to reconsidor my wheels.

i've always thought 17"'s look too big for the mk3, they overpower the body imo

i woudn't have thought it would have made much difference, as long as you ran 195 or 205 rubber on 40 or 35 with them? you can run 16x7.5 on 195 rubber without having any arch work done

do you go down to the no-rice meet at fleet? i went last time really good turn out, not a huge amount of vr's (a few from this site) but loads of mk2 and mk1

Isn't 195 a bit too narrow for a 7.5" width wheel?

I have the OEM BBS wheels that come on the 20th Anniversary GTI's. They are 16x7 and they come with a 215/40 R16 tyres. So it would seem to me that 195/40 R16 is too small plus it would throw your tacho reading out and might be too much of a stretch on 7.5" width rims.

perfect choice i think, you'll get a lovely stretch on them. i don't know how much difference in traction you get between 195 and 205 :|

thinking of the brock b1 or b3 or borbet T one of them as for the tyres thanks stockers ye i think they will give that lovely stretch look as for traction im not going on a race track any time soon lol but dont think you would notice it.

if they are too narrow ill just still some 205 on but should be ok see how much it strechs as me dont want no accidents.
